Peeksite provides competitor monitoring and tracking services, including website change detection, pricing monitoring, and alert notifications. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You agree not to use Peeksite to:

5. Payment and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change our pricing with 30 days' notice.

Peeksite and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Peeksiteand are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

Peeksite shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
